eats // paleo snacks for littles

Mornings start really early in our house. Sleep has become a thing of the past over the last couple weeks.  Our toddler has reverted back to newborn sleeping and is up every 3 hours (or so) ready to party! That is until 8AM when he's already crashing.  So breakfast is quick and easy, trying to avoid a total sugar rush of pancakes & donuts. These mini pumpkins are too cute not to eat & so simple (for even the sleep deprived) to make, great for breakfast, snacks or even school parties.  All you need is a tangerine, celery, peanut butter or almond butter and viola, a healthy Halloween snack for the kid-o's!
